Update Mobile Number in APDCL 2021


Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has issued a notification requesting its consumers to update their personal details including their mobile number on its official website to serve better. Consumers who fail to register their mobile phone numbers. In the APDCL portal, and not providing your relevant details within 15th July, 2021, the electricity connection may be temporarily stopped.


APDCL Online Data Update -

As per APDCL notification, all consumers need to update their following personal details -


1. Name
2. Consumer No.
3. Mobile No.
4. Aadhaar No. (if available)
5. Email ID (if available)
6. Occupation


Consumers can update the above details online or offline.

Step 1: Using APDCL Official website .

Step 2: By visiting respective electrical sub-division office.

APDCL Mobile Number Update Online:


Step 1: Visit APDCL website www.apdcl.org


Step 2: Click on the ‘Update Mobile Number’ tab. A new page will open.


Step 3: Enter your “Consumer Number” and click on the “Arrow” button. A new page will open.


Step 4: Now enter all the details: Mobile Number (Mandatory), Business (Mandatory), Email ID (Optional) and Aadhaar Number (Optional).


Step 5: At the end of step 3, click on “Submit” button.


Step 6: An ‘OTP’ will be sent to your mobile phone.


Step 7: Enter the ‘OTP’ in the correct place and click on ‘Verify’.


All of your data have been successfully updated. 


APDCL Mobile Number Update Offline
To update mobile number through offline mode consumers has to visit respective electrical sub-division office and submit all the following data writing in a paper.

 
1. Name
2. Consumer No.
3. Mobile No.
4. Aadhaar No. (if available)
5. Email ID (if available)
6. Occupation

Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has released a notification regarding the consumer details updation process. APDCL has notified all its consumers to update their details on or before 15th July 2021 to get uninterrupted power supply. If anyone fails to furnish their details, their power supply may be temporarily switched off. I advise all our subscribers and viewers to complete this process before the last date.
