SSC GD Constable Examination Schedule Download 2021
The Staff Selection Commission will conduct an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) as per the Recruitment Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and as per the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Ministry of Home Affairs and the Staff Selection Commission. The recruitment process will consist of Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination and Document Verification. The salient features of the recruitment are as under:

Application Fees: Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only).Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 02.09.2021 (23:30 hours). However, candidates who wish to make the cash payment through Challan of SBI, may make the payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of the bank up to 07.09.2021 provided the Challan has been generated by them before 04.09.2021 (23:30 hours).If you incomplete your payment status your application form is rejected.
Age limit: 18-23 years as on 01.08.2021. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1998 and later than 01.08.2003. and relaxation is applicable category wise given bellow

Incentive to NCC Certificate Holders: The incentive to ‘NCC Certificate’ holders will be granted at the following scales:

Selection Procedure: step-1 Computer Based Examination: The Computer based examination will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with the following composition:
*General Intelligence and Reasoning - 25 Marks & 25 Question
*General Knowledge and General Awareness- 25 Marks & 25 Question
*Elementary Mathematics -25 Marks & 25 Question
English/ Hindi-25 Marks & 25 Question
*There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
*Exams Duration: 90 Minutes
Step 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates have to clear the race within the following time limits: Race For Male- 5 Kms in 24 minutes. ,Race for Female- 1.6 Kms in 8 ½ minutes
Height For Male: 170 CM , for Female-157 CMS ( Height relaxation is applicable his/her category wise)
Step 3: Medical Examination: Candidates will be shortlisted for Detailed Medical Examination (DME) from the pool of candidates who qualify PET/ PST.
